VillaParadiso is a rare dual-master waterfront villa with a bonus loft in the beachfront community of Beachwalk Villas at Sandestin. The 1,850 sq ft floor plan is one of the most spacious in the community, set in a private corner of the resort right on Horseshoe Lake - a short golf cart ride or walk to the beach, with quiet evenings on the private first-floor master patio or lake views off the back patio.

Inside, stylish beachy decor runs through every inch of the villa, with new flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has standout countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and a breakfast bar, all open to the dining area seating six and a living area with a large sofa, two big chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. Out back, the patio table and chairs face the lush landscape and lake breeze - and guests are welcome to fish the lake, catch-and-release.

Both king master suites sit on the main level, each with a flat-screen TV, brand-new mattress, plenty of storage, and a beautifully upgraded bath with detailed tile work. The massive guest room is the kids' playground, with a twin-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk sleeping five - plus its own TV and a large chest of drawers. In all, the villa sleeps 9.

After a beach day, come home to the lake for sunrise or sunset off the back patio, or head to The Village of Baytowne Wharf for shopping, dining, nightlife, and kids' activities - all a quick cart ride away.

Getting to the Beach
Your included golf cart makes beach days easy. From VillaParadiso it is about a 2-minute ride on resort roads and cart paths to Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
