BaysideBreeze is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom bayview condo on the second floor in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It includes a brand-new 6-seat golf cart, sweeping bay views from the main living area, and two private en suite bedrooms - all for up to 6 guests. It is a strong fit for families and small groups who want real resort access and room to breathe.

Step inside to an open living area with bay views framing the space from the moment you walk in. The sunroom dining area extends the main level and gives you a front-row seat to the water. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in, including a Keurig and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils for a full group. The primary suite on the main level has a king bed, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second en suite features a queen bed with its own double vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed that converts into two twins, giving you flexibility for kids or additional guests. A full bath serves this room just down the hall. All three baths are well-appointed and clean. A full-size washer and dryer are in-unit, and fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

Outside your door, the resort unfolds. You are minutes by golf cart from Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, four championship golf courses, tennis courts, and Sandestin's private Gulf-front beaches. The included 6-seat golf cart means you move through the resort on your schedule. Heated community pool, hot tub, and designated parking are all part of the package.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
