Getting to the Beach
Your included 6-seater golf cart makes beach days easy. From Baydreamin, head south through the Heron Walk community and take the golf cart tunnel under Highway 98 to reach Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House Restaurant parking lot in about 5 minutes. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

Outside your door, you're just minutes from Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and four championship golf courses, with resort pools including the year-round heated Phil Hummel Aquatic Center. With secure entry, designated parking, and your included golf cart, everything at Sandestin is a short ride away.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
