Welcome to PlayaBella - a lakefront townhome in Beachwalk Villas at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, minutes from the white sand and emerald water of the Gulf. Two stories, two king bedrooms, a twin loft, and a 6-seater golf cart in the driveway - this is the Emerald Coast done right.

The main level opens into a bright, open-concept living area with coastal finishes and plenty of room to spread out. The gourmet kitchen - granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, quality cabinetry - makes cooking in feel like a real option, not a compromise. Out back, a private patio overlooks the lake, made for morning coffee, evening drinks, or casting a line right from your door with catch-and-release fishing on site.

Upstairs, both the master and guest bedrooms carry king beds and TVs, the loft holds two twins for younger guests, and two bathrooms - each with a glass-enclosed shower - keep mornings easy. The community pool is seasonally heated and steps away, and full Sandestin access covers the private beach, golf, tennis, fitness center, spa, marina, shops, and dining.

Getting to the Beach
Your included golf cart makes beach days easy. From PlayaBella it is about a 2-minute ride on resort roads and cart paths to Sandestin's private beach at the Beach House. When you arrive, pull the cart up to the beach access first to drop off your gear and your group, then park in the available golf cart parking and follow the boardwalk down to the sand.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
